Policy Notification

In commitment to provide a clean safe comfortable, and therapeutic massage experience to all of my clients I have adopted the following policies:

• Recommend reserving appointments at least 72 hours advance in order to ensure availability 

• 24 hour notice required for all non emergency  cancellations. Without 24 hrs notice will apply a charge of $45 fee to hold the empty spot. We recognize that there are emergencies (sudden illness, family emergencies) to make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions. Please note, same day-last min cancellations/no show charge $65. 

• Please be sure to arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment time in order to allow time for a consultation and for you to complete any new client forms which assures you to get full treatment time on table.

• If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
• Any pick up or drop off if any, should be arranged on time. There is no waiting area in the premises.

• We are not responsible for health care insurance reimbursement; clients have to pay in full immediately after their appointment.

• To experience relaxing & peaceful atmosphere during the treatment, please silence or turn off all cell phone and pagers.

• Pets (except service animals), unattended children, alcohol or smoking not permitted anywhere in the massage clinic.

• Please fill up the health intake form with complete and accurate health information, this information, and all other documentation regarding your visit, is kept private and confidential. 

• Every attempt will be made to insure your comfort during the session. If you feel discomfort any time during the session please communicate with the therapist so that treatment can be adjusted accordingly. my therapist and I have the right to end a session at any time. For any reason you and your therapist has the right to terminate the session.

• A home visit will be charged extra. Please be ready on the appointment time. 

• All massage sessions are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.

• Gift Certificates - Gift cards as just as great to give as they are to receive. Gift Certificates are available. There is a $25 service fee to transfer a gift certificate to another person. Please call if you want to purchase the gift certificate. 

  ALL GIFT CERTIFICATES EXPIRE 1 YEAR FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.

• ​​​​​​​​PERSONAL VALUABLES:  Please secure all of your valuables. Remove jewelry prior to treatments.  We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
