I have done Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from University of Mumbai and completed Post Graduate Proficiency in Panchakarma (specialized field in Ayurveda) from University of Pune, India.

I'm certified Ayurvedic Bodywork Therapist (USA)

I received Diploma in Therapeutic Massage from Wake Tech, Raleigh, North Carolina with experience and training in direct client care settings to provide therapeutic bodywork, systematic pressure, friction, and manual manipulation of the body for maintaining good health or treating alterations throughout the lifespan.

I am a Certified Nurturing Mother massage therapist and I provide pre natal and post natal massage to help the Mother with many alteration happened throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

I am passionate about providing the benefits by natural ways of therapeutic massage and Ayurveda therapies to my clients.

I firmly believe that building mindfulness and guiding others to allow themselves, with natural and therapeutic approach, and by making simple adjustment with the lifestyle and mental attitude we can experience healthy life in a better way.
